BECOME A COACH

We are looking for coaches – all experience levels are welcome

Want to serve as a mentor for local youth while enjoying the fun sport of pickleball? The First Dink Foundation seeks coaches for our various pickleball programs and clinics. You don't need to be a pro player - just have a desire to positively impact kids!

As a First Dink Foundation coach, you'll teach the fundamentals of pickleball through drills and games. More importantly, you'll model our core values like teamwork, leadership, and integrity.

Your guidance on and off the court will empower youth to succeed. No prior coaching or pickleball experience is required. We'll provide training on skills, rules, and
teaching techniques. Just show up with enthusiasm and a commitment to making a difference in young lives!
Give back to your community by becoming a First Dink Foundation coach. Email
info@firstdink.org to get started. Together, we'll build citizens and athletes through the
wonderful sport of pickleball!

VOLUNTEER

Volunteers are also needed off the court

In addition to coaches, The First Dink Foundation relies on dedicated volunteers to create enriching pickleball programs for youth. There are many impactful ways to contribute your time and talents to our nonprofit organization.

We need enthusiastic volunteers to assist with:
● Fundraising activities like donation drives, grant writing, and planning special events
● Administration work such as data entry and compiling email lists
● Supporting our programming by providing supervision, setup, and cleanup at clinics
● Helping at public events like tournaments, block parties, and community fairs
● Contributing your skills in operations, marketing, finance, or technology

No prior experience is necessary - just a passion for supporting youth development and some time to give. Whether you can volunteer occasionally or on an ongoing basis, your help is needed!
